John begins the cooking operation. Tables are prepared with plastic covering and rolled paper on the surface.
Final cooking takes place. This is where the final touches are made for maximum flavor and presentation.
Lobster feed is presented to tables. All guest stand clear and the crew pours the whole meal down the center of the table.
Wine, bread and a few other condiments are added and the dinner is ready.
Guests put on their bibs, roll up their sleeves, and dive in to one of the most enjoyable dining experiences of their lives.
Social interaction and bonding with the lobster feed experience is secured.
